changing mastery error

Ok so whenever i try to change my masteries it never works and always says error a report was sent to the server if you still experience this contact the support or forums so yeah idk why but none of my masteries are working and i cant change it so no matter what masteries i choose i always enter the game with bond of stone can anyone help me?
