Dear Riot, I've been playing a lot of 
lately and noticed a bug. After dying and respawning, 's next E is empowered even though he has no stacks, this has been consistently happening to me and i thought you'd like to know.
How is this handled as far as far as the GUI goes? Is the icon different? Can you use the normal E immediately after, or is the normal E giving the empowered effect? What happens if you use his other abilities first?
Soooo... im guessing this bug that i reported on is being patched as we speak, gonna go out on a limb here and ask if i get the credit for finding this?
