When playing against Draven today, I noticed I got 0/5 really fast. Why? Because his E is invisible. This happened when I played as basic skin Sivir against Draven Draven, my support was Morgana and his Senna. It occured numerous times trought the game, I don't think I have seen his E once. It happened no matter when or where in the game, all that was visible were particles of his E. The gamemode was normal, summoner rift and that pretty much sums it up.
In ARAM I have had similar issues, also Ziggs Q not showing the bomb itself at all, but some of the particles around it.
It's a known bug to Draven players, but apparently not Riot. That bug has been happening for 2 patches now, still no fix. It also makes his axes that bounce in the air disappear, leaving only the lighting particles floating in the air. His ult also goes invisible and all you can see is the trail it leaves on the ground. Have fun with that.
