Where is Program LeBlanc (Emerald)?

Recently, Program LeBlanc was unleashed into the game alongside its chromas. As a LeBlanc main, I was excited, especially when I heard chromas would be accompanying it. Before I start, I just want to emphasize that the purpose of this discussion is not to criticize or rant about the skin, but rather to address whether something is a bug or fully intentional on Riot's part. Upon entering the shop to see the chromas, I noticed there were only five (5) chromas, not the "advertised" six (6). The missing chroma is Emerald, one of the ones I was contemplating the PBE, this chroma is listed alongside the others. The part that makes me think it may be intentional is that even the bundle only lists "5 chromas" in the text box; the bundle is not listed on the PBE, so I could not check if this was also apparent there. I know sometimes things are different on the PBE, so I wanted to know if it is just being delayed from the others, or if it will come out for purchase in the store at all, for that matter. Also, if it is released, will it be added as part of the bundle? Thank you for your time!
