Launcher not working properly

Hello fellow summoners, I'm looking for some insight and possible remedies to fix a problem I have encountered with the new launcher. Post-Latest update with the launcher change I have been unable to accept the new EULA Terms and conditions due to my launcher screen being cut short. The accept button is not accessible due to the fact that the launcher is cut off at the bottom meaning I cant even see the accept button. Also the launcher seems to have re-formated itself to where i actually have to scroll left to right to see the entire screen. I have attempted re-installing, and changing screen resolution with no avail. The only thing I am unable to do is scroll up and down. Sadly due to the the EULA terms popping up whenever starting the launcher I am unable to access full screen options as the terms cannot be bypassed to access the other functions of the launcher. Im running league currently on Windows 8 on a Lenovo Yoga 2 laptop. Any insight on this situation would be gratefully appreciated.

Mine is doing the same thing, and like you I have tried everything you listed, and it won't fix. I am sad because I just bought riot points and now I am unable to play.

I have a fix around this actually, your settings in your zoom is set too high, go down to the normal 100% zoom and you will be fine Start>Control Panel>Apperance>make text bigger/smaler

I just started having this same issue. The bottom and right part of the LoL launcher is cut off and i cant accept terms and conditions. I tried everything and cant get it working properly. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
