[CLIENT] Negative IP points, won't reset after relog.

My issue is that I have negative IP points since last purchase. It doesn't reset after relog. It's counting up. I tryed to buy a 15 IP rune, after few games, thinking that it's only visual, but it's not... I'm running it from Windows 7.
