Cassiopeia's Miasma doesn't show for a whole game [Bug]

Just played a game where an opposing Cassiopeia's miasma was completely invisible whenever she would cast it for an entire game. Everyone on my team couldn't see it either, but i'm not sure about the enemy team. I've tried to reproduce the bug with a friend but couldn't get it to occur again.
