i can't even install the game anymore

used Hextech Repair tool 4 times reinstalled it twice

still no way to launch the game .. !!

any hints on how to get it back on tracks ? :'(

This is a massively inconvenient issue (and that might be an understatement), but it is definitely a known issue. There is a fix coming very soon, however you can also resolve this by updating your OS X / MacOS version. Super sorry for any inconvenience, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

i have the same exact issue, i'm just wondering how long will it take to fix it? next patch? longer? because apparently i can't update because if i do my mac will just lag even more.

The fix for this is currently scheduled for the upcoming 8.1 patch. Keep an eye out for the official patch notes with more information regarding this specific bug. Because of the unique nature of this bug, you may need to reinstall the game in order to receive the patch (and fix this issue).
