i can't even install the game anymore

used Hextech Repair tool 4 times reinstalled it twice

still no way to launch the game .. !!

any hints on how to get it back on tracks ? :'(

This is a massively inconvenient issue (and that might be an understatement), but it is definitely a known issue.
