Crashing problems on launcher please help.

I don't know why its happening but every time I open the launcher its normal and I can interact with everything fine. but then a few minute or two in just the launcher freezes. I can't press anything or do anything except move it around the monitor. Then after another minute or two after that my monitors lose connection and I'd have to reset my computer to get them working again. Because of that I suspect it's my GPU that's the issue, but I've tried different drivers to try and get it working and no dice. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling league but still freezing. So now I don't know what to do. Please any ideas? Specs: Cpu: 1600x Gpu: 5700 ref Ram 16 gb
