[GAMEPLAY] Yorick and Quinn ultimates interaction - Quinn stays in Valor form upon respawn

When playing Quinn with a Yorick on your team, Quinn can stay in Valor form upon respawn if Yorick uses Omen of Death (R) on her, she dies, revives temporarily from the Yorick ultimate, and then uses her own ultimate. This happened once on ARAM on the Butcher's Bridge patch (5.14). I've been unable to find help to replicate it; none of my friends own Yorick and I only own Quinn.

Steps to attempt to replicate:

1. Yorick uses his ultimate on Quinn.
2. Quinn dies and causes the Yorick ultimate to take effect.
3. Quinn uses her ultimate and becomes Valor while "alive" due to the Yorick ultimate.
4. Yorick's ultimate expires or Quinn is killed WHILE QUINN IS STILL IN VALOR FORM.
5. Quinn respawns after death as Valor, but WITHOUT the buffs associated with: a. Heightened Senses (W), the attack speed buff b. Tag Team (R), the move speed buff Note: Quinn is able to use her basic abilities as Valor (ie. Vault (E) doesn't leap off target), and can still use her ultimate when it is off cooldown to regain her W and R Valor buffs and start the timer for her ultimate to expire. She will return to Quinn form after her ultimate expires or she reactivates R.

I don't have any visual evidence to show yet. If I'm able to get any, I'll update this and provide it. If anyone would like to help me reproduce this issue and has Yorick, feel free to send me a friend request in game (fyrebyrd42) and let me know your intentions when I accept.
