Summoner spells bug

So i just played a game where i couldn't physically use my summoner spells, I tried over and over and nothing both off cooldown but no use. I tried changing the keys off and on again still nothing. I check to see if my mouse buttons are working and my keys and sure enough they are fine but still i was unable to use my summs. After game i go into practise tool and it works again. Not sure if this is a glitch or the enemy team targeted my summs or what and would just like to know why this happened or if anyone else has experienced this, thank you.
