Poro Rider Sejuani (I dont own the champion and dont want to)

I re-rolled the skins 2 Epic and one normal, I received

This is not a bug. You're never guaranteed to get a certain skin tier when rerolling other skins of that tier, that's not how it works.

Reroll will only pick from skins you dont have. Nothing you put into the reroller effects the output of it nor does it avoid champions you dont own
