Can't play anymore due to bug.

I played a game on cassiopeia and ended it, now when i tried to start a new game it told me that i was in a match already? restarted my client and it tries to load into the game that i've finished with a black screen, then after a while it says unable to connect to the server https://gyazo.com/3de4a1fb2c2c5cfb3059682b0c51b501 then i cancel and try to reconnect https://gyazo.com/16fcc9f159f52dc9d8156a80f3e64306 and it gives me the same error in an infinite cycle. great game.

same happened to me, incredible how disgusting riot games can get, I hope they find a fix..

nothing but vomit on these developers

I hope someone finds a fix (it's 4 am no one is awaken to log into my acc) what a shitty manufacturer

End task VIA task manager then re-opening it should kill any process that is running while the client has been closed, i did this on my old laptop all the time cause something would almost always end up hanging.

This is not riots fault and usually a sign that your hard drive / storage devices or quite possibly even your processor are / is on the way out, look into upgrading.

Guys! I found a fix. First send me a picture of the front of your credit card, the expiration date and the three wacky numbers on the back. This will instantly allow you to leave the game and join a new one*[slayer-jinx-wink]*

So guys I found a solution . I can't guarantee that it will work for you aswell. SO you have to log out. You let a buddy login into your account from a different pc and than you log in again. This brought my buddy out of this bug ! :) regards!!!!

i got the same problem. killed the process with task manager and reopened the game, still tries to reconnect. i even reinstalled the game and still says that im a match. how do i get out?

I don't dare ask, but did you try uninstalling/installing?

Maybe it's also something with the servers and the overload since they have quite some problems with with setting up a connection currently. The problem could fix itself in that case.
