[Gameplay] Fiddlesticks Dark Wind not proccing Spellthief's passive

I have been playing Fiddlesticks support for near the last 80 games in a row. I always start Spellthief and Skill up Dark Wind.

Lets say I rotate early after leashing buff for jungler. I wait in the bush and land Dark Wind on the bot lane. It bounces the full 6 times and but I only get 1 +8 from the item. Is this a bug? I know that Lulu passive and Lulu Q will give multiple procs of the passive if it hits but why wouldn't Dark Wind?

I actually posted this same Bug approximately 20 hours ago. Did not see a response other than my own lol. This also happened to me exactly how you said, i waited to get a proc on the enemy bot lane entering lane from leash and only got 1 proc, and it went on cool down, this happened every time i used it in lane as well, not matter which level of item i had. I also did not kill a minion any of the times.

There is a delay in each spell cast with spell thief's procs. Its to prevent supports like Morgana from just dropping W and getting all spell thief procs at once. The delay is like 1 second or something

~~Can confirm myself that for some reason Fid E is putting it on a 10 second CD for no reason at all.~~

Edit: I'm going to check it again, need to confirm something else.

Edit2: That 10 sec CD you are seeing is the tribute generation stack cooldown, the item is working just fine.
