Keyfragments, doesn't seem to drop at all

I have been playing this game a lot these past few weeks and I noticed that I don't get any keyfragments at all. As of this moment I have 28 chests, but with only 1 keyfragments. This is really annoying, when I compare to a friend, who has 0 chests and 30 keyfragments.

Why is it that I'm not getting any fragments?

What honor level are you?

Key frags are directly related to honor, ie: your sportsmanship in game.

Not necessarily the honors you receive, but the lack of games you get reported for unsportsmanlike conduct, any valid report against you will reduce the frequency of frags you receive.
