Sitting here trying to patch and i get this at 33% what to do rito

I am installing league after like 2 months and i'm getting the same error as well. tried all sorts of fixes such as deleting solutions, disabling firewall, feeding a duck, stop all services,changing regions, etc.... nothing works. after about 200 mb downloads in step 1 (out of like 2gb), this annoying error pops up. Steam works just fine tho. So i don't think this is an internet error. please help me if you get a fix
hey man. i pressed ALT+CTRL+DEL---> Task Manager----> close all processesses of League of Legends. (I also closed all my extra programs to focus on league) and it worked. Hope it helps! My computer restarted and did an update which interrupted me while patching league. WHen i went to re patch nothing worked. i tried allt he fixes but it just ended upt he same until i tried this method. ALT CTRL DEL---> task manager-->close league processes.
