[GAMEPLAY] Thunderlord's Decree Ratios Switched

So basically as the title states, Thunderlord's Decree keystone mastery has its ratios switched. It say that it does 20% bonus Attack damage and 10% of AP. This being said, as shown I have 7 bonus AD to start, and Thunderlord's decree is giving me +0.68 for my bonus AD, which is only 10% of 7, with 20% of 7 being 1.4. In the last picture I purchased Amplifying Tome to test the ratios, giving me 20 AP. Thunderlord's Decree gives me +4 for 20 AP which is 20%, not the 10% as stated in the description. So either the ratios are backwards, or the description is inaccurate, but it seems to me that the description is correct with the ratios having been flipped.
