Quinn passive

Hello. It may be intentional, but I think it isnt. Theres a problem with Quinns passive. If you shoot someone and the passive is set on somebody when your autoattack is already flying, it doesn`t proc. It is seriously irritating, especially late game when you miss out on serious damage from proc bonus and "w' buff. Thanks for reading.
