Lol client EXITING AFTER GAME, DOESN'T REWARD ANY EXP and DOESN'T SHOW UP IN THE MATCH HISTORY

At the end of a game, when you are promoted to click continue, the client closes and im brought back to desktop. When i reload game the previous game doesn't show up in he match history or reward me any points.

This happens several times; 10-30 min games and not rewarded any exp? Anyone experience this and is there a way I can petition so they can investigate to reward lost exp?
