[Client] Friends list doesn't show people logging out

When people on my friends list log out of the client, their name no longer disappears from the list. Instead, their summoner icon disappears and their name stays, usually with the green Online icon and text as well. I've only noticed this since the most recent patch.

I can maybe add a screenshot later since I just logged out and logged back in to see if that fixed it. It does.
