Urgot Ult bug

I just played a game as Urgot earlier. My ult did nothing twice. It did not suppress the enemy, nor did we switch places, but I was left in the middle of a fight channeling like an idiot. I'm not sure who can fix this, but I figured I'd put it up here.

I had this same problem occur a couple of times last night against a Lux and I recreated it against a lux during a custom bot game.
