others wont load during start up, wont allow me to join game

basically im stuck at the loading screen while 1 other player wont load, like will not show champion they picked, that area is blacked out, then a few min later i am booted from queue and it turns out i get a leaver for remake

i have attempted closing and reloading, does the same thing

attempted a repair and complete reinstall, still happening

doesn't happen a lot, just from time to time since the new major patch
