Client will lag out

In the past 10 days or so my client has lagged out of either the Store, the lobby before a game, after I select my champion in the lobby, or even when I'm loading into the game. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled league trying to see if that would fix it but it didn't. its happening less frequently now however it has happened again.
