Frequent Freezing and Some Other Issues

My game keeps freezing. It doesn't crash, just freezes. If I don't freeze in the loading screen, I will be able to move the mouse in game but nothing else. I can't move my champion, use any abilities, use escape or command/alt-tab out, and have to completely shut down my computer. It's only happened today and my internet (browser) and computer are working absolutely fine so I believe it is a league issue. I tried to run repair on the client and the client ended up crashing. No idea what is going on or how to fix it.
