Ingame Client Error

Hi Ive been experiencing a weird error since 2 days. Everytime i get out of champion select, instead of getting the loading screen, i hear a windows error sound and i just see the reconnect button, to fix this, i have to restart my pc everytime and thus im late into the game, pls help me!
