[Client] Not saving masteries

I was in a champ select in a ARURF and I rerolled and got Ryze, I changed my masteries to fit for him and clicked save with 5 seconds on the clock. When I loaded in game, I still had my last game masteries on even though I did hit save. I tested this a couple times and it happened every time.
