Dragon MIA gone 12/24/15

Dragon was gone after the 1st one the icon showed it was there but none to be seen after the enemy jungle took the 1st one. Is anyone else having this problem and riot please respond i don't know if this was a quick bug or not but only one drag was taken during the entire game that lasted for 35mins.
