Lots of weird bugs this patch

Getting Error Code 0 whenever I try to open the store. My loot page is either blacked out when I click on it, or half of it is working and the other half doesn't change the default GUI images for champions.. to the champion portraits. https://gyazo.com/9faccd1cc1d5e5530033a258b95d694b This also has been happening with champion shards.

The weirdest thing and most impacting, is in game.. I am having problems where my in game camera stops Updating. As in.. My champion suddenly stops moving, and doing animations. But I can see minions, and other players moving around slightly, and sometimes health bars going down... And it's sometimes showing a lag spike, but other-times not.. Then 3 to 10 seconds later you hear an explosion of all the game sfx going at once that were not played when you freeze.. And I am either where I was before it happened, dead, or somewhere completely random if I was clicking around during the freeze. I think its a full on disconnect from the server, but the server is somehow unaware of it and doesn't send me to base.
