[GAMEPLAY] Ingenious Hunter Cooldown Trinket Bugs

First Bug

When taking the Ingenious Hunter mastery, the second Warding Totem (Trinket) cooldown for a Stealth Ward begins at 240 seconds, instead of the expected value of 204 seconds. All wards after the second ward have the correct cooldown of 204 seconds (or whatever level-dependent/stack dependent increase you're expected to have)

Notice the in-game time (5 seconds), the Stealth Ward placed and the 235-second cooldown on the next Stealth Ward.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick the Ingenious Hunter mastery
  2. Place a Stealth Ward
  3. Observe the 240s cooldown on your second Stealth Ward

Second Bug

When taking the Ingenious Hunter mastery, after placing a Stealth Ward from Warding Totem (Trinket) and immediately switching to Oracle Lens, it places the Oracle Lens on a 90-second cooldown, instead of the expected value of 76.5 seconds. Additionally, switching when you have an available Stealth Ward to Oracle Lens places the Oracle Lens on a 45-second cooldown, instead of the expected value of 38.25 seconds. I have not tested what happens at full Ingenious Hunter stacks, but I assume the same behavior occurs.

There are probably other bugs that I haven't noticed, but these two are the most annoying.
