The bug I am experiencing is that the grade I got never appears. I decided to see if it was just taking a long time so I went afk for about a hour with the screen open. I had no luck it was still loading.

This has happened to me too, three times in a row. My rating never loads.
Mine did this all yesterday. Then after someone scored an "S" and I accepted the notification about getting a chest I never had the grade loading problem again. The code may just be a little messed up at the moment.
Yeah, this is a bug that started happening when Hextech Crafting went live. You can manually fix it by clicking the X in the upper right like you're trying to quit the game. For some reason that gets the grade to come up and then you can click "no" when the client asks you "are you sure you want to quit." Kind of annoying but its an easy work around until Riot fixes the code.
