Kogmaw's Corpse Bug (back again)

If there is a kogmaw's corpse on the floor, it will still affect clicks. For example, if I A + click on or near kog's corpse, my champion will get in range to attack it and just stand there and do nothing, if I try to move there, it won't let me. Basically ghost champion.

I remember this being fixed about a year ago, but it's back. I just can't wrap my head around the infrastructure Riot's programming team must have to screw up this badly and have so many random bugs come and go and then come back and bugs appear in champions that werent even touched in the patch.
