Game keeps crashing after (every) patch notes.

So every time there is a new patch my game always keeps crashing. No matter what type of gamemode am playing - it always crashes. This has been happening to me for over a 6 months now and I thought there is something wrong with my client so i tried to reinstall it - didnt help. Went over a bunch of forum posts - still nothing. Basically after i finish up installing new patch and i try to play a game: I get into a champ scelect, but never to loading screen. Keeps saying LoL stoped working. Tried to relog multiple times, tryed restarting pc, updatind direct x/graphic card but none of those things worked for me. Most of the time I can reconnect after like 5 min. but today I got into game after 15 min - this never happend before.
