Less of a Bug, more of an abuse.
For those who own all champions, you can buy the newest released champion by purchasing 3 1700 champion shards and reforging. Just figured I'd point this out.

yeah im currently only buying the 4800 champs cause the 6300 champs are then also cheaper to buy with champ shards
If you already own all the champions I can't imagine you're hurting for IP too bad. I don't think it's going to be that important.
Bud. I don't own every champ and plan to use this to get all the 6800 champs for less. Why would you ruin that for us?
