In champion selection, if you are choosing your masteries and it is up to you to select or you get a change of championship solitude, the masteries freeze and you can not select more or eliminate, and you can not change the masteries page.

Thanks for the report and the repro steps! They think they have a fix for this next patch http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/alpha-client-discussion/0jmthbxZ-help-us-track-down-some-elusive-bugs?comment=0017 but we should both keep an eye out for it in case it happens again.^^
