banned for no reason

can anyone please explain me this,someone who was toxic in my last game reported me for being toxic lol,and 15 seconds later im banned for 14 days for saying disgusting and shut up,please guys are you serious,ill be thankfull if you fix this,i need an employee answer on this:)
