[Gameplay] Ryze ulting out of Camille's ult snaps camera back to where Ryze ults.

I don't know if this is a bug or not but I was playing Ryze against Camille and I was getting ganked by the mid laner, so quickly I tried Ryze ulting out right before Camille ended up ulting me in place, well I put my camera back on me realizing that I wasnt going to go anywhere and next thing you know my camera snapped back to where I was going to be Ryze ulted to resulting in me not being able to defend myself in atleast some way against Camille and the mid laner for a few seconds. A friend and I tested it out and the same resolution occured.
