tehnic problem login problems

i play league of legends from canada to eune and i can;t login with my account.When i try to connect to the server the riot say:Connectction Failure:Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.Say loggin issues and i can't login.Can you help me to login in to the server please, and when i chose my account and my password i putted and i have to wait wait and wait so long time.What can I do?Tell me about.Leave me a comment.Thanks a lot
