Quinn blind cancel Naut's ult

Played a game today as naut, and in two different instances quinn was able to cancel my ult if she blinded me. It was really unfortunate, because both times she blew her flash to get away from me, just for my ult to stop half way to hitting her. My ult would cast and travel a short distance, then all of a sudden stop resetting the cooldown.
