[GAMEPLAY] Mark triggers Luden's Echo

When I get hit by Mark it causes Luden's Echo's passive Echo to proc. It also applies other on spell-hit effects like Rylai's Crystal Scepter.

How to reproduce:

1. Have Mark
2. Buy Luden's Echo
3. Hit something with mark

It happened consistently within the match.
Match played by Gannondworf13 on 4/6/16, I played Rammus and we lost.
