Why can't i get the blue essence after match?

I did not get the blue essence for several matches, my essence number always cannot update

you only get Blue Essence once a day from First Win of the Day quest giving 50 BE.

Most of the BE you get nowadays is from level up chests.

Blue Essence(BE) can only be earned from the following:

  1. First win of the day.
  2. Level up capsules.(These will also have champion shards in them along with a small amount of BE so you can disenchant them for more)
