i can't lock my champion in ranked

I started a ranked game and i couldn't "lock in" my champion even i clicked "lock in" like 7 times. I lost LP and now i have to wait 5x20 min queues. Is that ok? please fix this and is possible remove my ban. my account is "i Love Pirates". Thank you.
