Swain R2 dmg is bugged at pbe

R2 dmg at the end of white bar deals more dmg than at red bar and full drain. I tested it and dmg at red bar is just fine and the dmg is according to numbers.But dmg at white bar from 50% to 85-90% is higher than normal. I hope riot will fix this bug soon.
