Sion loses Decimating Smash and Ult, along with directional arrow assists around 10 min

Accidentally copied over my screen shot, but around the 10 minute mark, I lost the ability to use the Q and R. My W, soul furnace still continued to work and my E, Roar of the Slayer kept working, but it lost the assist arrow. The arrow for my ult would still display, but it never worked. I had bought the doran's shield and the sunfire cape around the time this bug started occurring. I tried switching the ability keys all around my keyboard, but that did not fix it. Also, my first game with Sion, which was right before this one went perfectly fine.
