Had an AFK jungle warwick but was unable to remake after 3 minutes

Earlier today in my game we loaded into game and everybody but the warwick had connected on my team. However once it became the 3 minute mark which is when you're supposed to be allowed to remake we were unable to remake saying that a player must be dc'ed in order to remake. The warwick did not end up reconnecting until about the 9 minute mark at which point which put him extremely far behind and we ended up losing the game because we had no jungler for the first 10 minutes. Please if you need a replay I will see if i can get one and please get this problem fixed as it was very frustrating that I lose LP because of something that can not be helped.

I'm having the same issue but being the player who gets shut out from the rest of the team and for some reason not getting connected to the server at all it is like I was the ugly duckling dropped out and when I try to reconnect (up to 5 times) it still gets me out of the game I feel sorry for the guys that was stuck up to this with me but I figured a patter that it is always third or fourth game I play that this happens I don't if it is a bug or something but my first games worked perfectly fine and my ping never goes above 100 ms so please help anyone!?

AND the worst thing is that the server considered me a leave buster after all this hasle and now Im in low priority queue for 10 minutes for 5 games

PLease I need help with this Oh one more thing I was invited for a ranked game with a friend and I got shut out from the party and my friend got into the champ select without me is that a bug ???
