I recevied an "x" in promo series ( which means lose ) and i dont know why and it was remake I also saw that riot took 3 LP points from my score. Riot Help pls , i dont want to lose my promo by god damn remake ( and also it was remake from enemy team not from me )
Usually the 3 LP loss during a series is because of bailing out of champ select before the match starts. Be sure you don't leave champ select during a series!
Ive had an instance where i've gotten a remake in my promos and it didn't count it as a loss, perhaps it has something to do with what team the dc is on?
I just had a game where our jungler afk/dc at lvl 1, didn't even buy an item. Didn't remake and counted for loss in promos. :/
