Morgana Blackthorn Skin Bug

I recently had a game against a Blackthorn Morgana skin. I noticed that her Q's were extremely hard to see, to the point of being almost invisible over certain dirt like terrain. At first I thought it was just the skin and poor choice of design, but then I went and looked up the skin and what it SHOULD look like, and noticed that the Q is supposed to have...well Blackthorns around it making it much more visible.

Basically these Q's didn't have those thorns so they actually were very wispy and blended into dirt terrain to the point of almost un-seeable. Has anyone else experience this? I sadly do not have the skin and I did not screen shot it at the time since I didn't think it was a bug.

My game is set to Very High graphics, Borderless Window mode with a 1920x1080 resolution. Not in colorblind mode.

If anyone has the skin mind doing a custom game with me so I can add screen shots?
