Smartcast/Quickcast Leads to Disability Bug [Gameplay]

Recently I've learnt that smartcasting/quickcasting may unlock some champions true potential like And so I go and enable smart casting (depends on who I play) in this bug case lee sin and katarina on lee sin I quickcast the q and w and slot number 2,3 and trinket on katarina I quickcast q,w,e and ignite (f) and trinket however when I arrive at the mid game on lee sin i couldnt Q W Recall (B) Joke Taunt Dance Laugh and whenever I clicked to walk my cursor clicks is red instead of green. but it was fixed by reconnecting

on katarina i couldnt Q R which was very important as katarina Recall, I didnt check on the joke tuant dance laugh etc but my cursor when i clicked to walk is still green BUT it wasnt fixed by reconnecting

please help
