RIOT PLEASE HELP

account lost to inactivity so i had this account called temonation. And i had to go to vacation for 5 days. When i came back and logged in league asked me for a new username and i named it temonation hi. So ive been playing for i few days and 1 day when i logged in i got my old account temonation back. But months later temonation hi popped out of nowhere and im stuck with this 10 lvl account. I bought a skin for temonation and now ive lost it. PLS HELP ME RIOT
