Why can nobody use their phones hotspot to play LoL anymore!?!?!?!?

I rely on using my mobile phones portable hotspot to get my solid internet connection and I used to play LoL constantly with it. but for some reason I cannot log in with my phones hotspot internet and my friends can't either. i live out in the countryside where there are no braodband internet supplies and so we really rely on using our phone for internet and we used to get great ping and great stability but now... i can't even play and it's very veru frustrating. Please fix this problem or tell me whats going on and why we can't do this anymore. I know it's not my phone because i haven't got a new one or changed any settings or different service provider or anything. it just simply changed with a LoL update. please fix it! all us country kids want to play again!!!
