Bug: View is locked to my character and I can only see where my character moves. I can't click on other arenas to look at what they are doing, even after I have died, it is just stuck on my arena. Clicking other arenas just rotates the view on where ever I am located.
How it occurred: Not sure how it happened, played my first game of team fight tactics and it was glitched.
Have the same bug, it's driving me nuts! It's so strange because I didn't have this bug on PBE, only on EUW.
Same.... and its so annoying not being able to scout others...
I wish this bug were fixed. All of my friends can see the arenas, and I'm stuck not knowing what's going on.
Yes, I have the same bug, I even uninstalled/reinstalled LOL, and it didn't fix it. Even put all settings to default, still didn't work. 
I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION!!! (it works for me) You have to go into the league client settings. Then you go have to go under "game" and restore default settings.
